Negri R330T
The Bio-shredder R 330 is a medium-large machine designed specifically for professional users.
Thanks to its cutting system which consists of S-shaped hammers, R330 stands out because of his high production capacity, even when shredding damp and fibrous vegetable waste like palms, linden tree, cluster- pine etc.
A particular attention to Ergonomics in compliance with the most important European Safety Standards is paid in the design of the feeding hopper that is large and positioned at the right height for an effortless loading of green waste.
The hydraulic feed roller, placed inside the hopper, is controlled for speed and direction by the external handle and it is supervised by the optional electronic No-stress device, which automatically adjusts the action of the feed roller according to the amount of energy absorbed by the shredding process. In this way the blocking of the cutting group will not occur.
The cutting system, consisting in a rotor of 68 mobile reversible hammers of special steel, mulches every kind of vegetable material up to a diameter of max.14 cm.
A mobile screen with vertical bars takes care of refining the output.
The shredded material is finally ejected through a 270° adjustable pipe 2,29 m. high.
